We do not have strict MTT distance or ROI requirements for candidates. The main thing is that you do not have problems with your reputation on GipsyTeam, as well as with poker rooms and payment systems. But it is important to us that MVP players are eager to develop and win. In any case, we consider all submitted applications.

Like many educational projects in poker, the MVP provides 100% financing with a player's cut of 50%. But if you want to extend a contract, the cut may increase. If the player shows good results, the second contract gives 55%, and the third - 60%. So, for long-term cooperation, our conditions are more favourable than in other MTT funds.

As a rule, an MVP contract is for 8,000 MTT tournaments, which most players play in about 9-10 months. But we don’t hold you against your will. If someone has new life circumstances and wants to go out, we fulfill this desire. In addition, there is a trial period. During the first month, players can try and decide if working with an MVP is right for them.

Usually, payments are made after 500 tournaments, but if a player desperately needs money, we always meet him or her halfway. Often, the MVP team members ask for payment after a big win and withdraw money on the same day.

First of all, it's a quality education. We have 30 experienced coaches, including the MVP founders Gleb Tremzin and Andrey BigFishka. We also invite top MTT regulars such as TylerRM and Oxota to give lectures to our players. All videos from lectures and webinars are stored online in our library, which is available to all team members. In the library you can find materials on any poker topic from various coaches. The base is constantly updated. You will also get access to MVP's internal communication channels, where you can discuss deals with other players and ask coaches questions. We’re trying to establish the most comfortable community.

Open training sessions in the form of lectures are held almost every day. Topics are different: ICM, game-select, pushfold, preflop and postflop play, how to play Flop, Turn and River, 6max and 9max tournament features, MTT stats, Solver usage, final table play, etc. Any MVP player, regardless of rank, can come and listen to a coach. There is a schedule. Individual training sessions with players are usually held in small groups of 2-3 people at least twice a month. During them, the coach analyses the sessions and leaks of each player. The result of our training: the MVP team showed a total profit of more than $3 million in a couple of years.

We have our own program named Globus, in which players can see their results and MTT statistics for any period, see profits in different spots and work on problematic ones with a coach. While in other funds you have to independently monitor and record the results, with us everything is automated and served in a ready-made, easy-to-analyze form. Our software also gives recommendations on the most profitable MTT tournaments and shows a schedule of the tournament grid in different rooms.

MVP players are divided into three leagues: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The main difference is the ABI of tournaments. While Bronze is played mainly by beginners with ABI 3, there are professional regulars with ABI 40-60 in the Golden League. In addition, Golden League players have the advantage of one-on-one lessons with a coach, while in the junior leagues they are held in small groups.

Yes! Competition is a great motivator for players. We have recently raffled off 15 fully paid packages for an offline tournament in Sochi on the MTT leaderboard. We are also raffling off valuable prizes: an iPhone, a widescreen monitor, an armchair. Winners are chosen by the total number of points. The system is designed so that high stakes players have no advantage over Bronze League players. In the future, we plan to add separate MTT leaderboards for each league.

Any of them. The main thing is that the game in the room is legal in the country where the MVP player lives. No VPN! We also give recommendations on which poker room has the best players and tournaments.

In the main team, training and financing are inseparable. We also have an open discord channel MVP open water for all guests, where you can get free MTT training.

Yes. Despite the difficult situation with MTT poker in these countries, the game is still available in rooms like iPoker, PokerKing, Chico network, etc. We find the best platforms for our players and provide financing.

Yes! Moreover, we provide financing even to players who play at zero or go negative. The MVP Team differs from other projects by educating professionals on its own. But you need to be able to play a lot of MTTs to make up for the lack of experience.

We suggest that our members can play at least 400 MTT tours a month.

A full-time job may be a big obstacle. However, if you manage to combine them and dedicate enough time to MTT poker, you don’t have to leave your job:)

It depends on our employees’ volume of work. Usually the answer is received within a day, but sometimes it can take up to 3 days. We always notify the candidate of the decision that is made.

Yes! Some of our players joined the team after the second or third trial. You should find out the reason for the rejection and try to get rid of it.
